We collect infromation from you with the objective of making using our services a whole lot easier for you to access and on occassion reward you for your patronage. It is optional for you to provide information to us such as as contact details. Similarly we collect anonymous information (where we do not ask for your personal details) through instruments such as surveys. It is your choice as to whether you respond to any requests for information through this web site.
We periodically review non-personal information and data transmitted between Flow FM’s internet servers and your computer. This data is used by Flow FM to conduct statistical analysis to assess the websites use and how we can provide a better service to you.
What we do with this information
When you provide information to us on this website you confer upon FlowFM the right to freely use this information. We use information primarily to help to improve the services we offer. However we do not sell or transmit your personal information to another entity without your express personal permission.
We will however use your address information to help contractors to deliver competition prizes to you.
