Maggie Beer Creating an Appetite for Life

Well known Australian cook Maggie Beer is 'Creating an Appetite for Life' with her program that aims to ensure all residents in aged care facilities are provided with fresh food everyday.

Maggie believes the key to achieving this is through engaging and educating chefs, cooks and kitchen hands in the aged care sector.

Her 'Creating an Appetite for Life' education program does exactly this, inviting a number of chefs and cooks from residential aged care homes to participate in a 3 day workshop with Maggie and industry experts.

Anita caught up with Maggie on Flow FM for all the details.

Maggie explained who is eligible and how people can apply.

'Creating An Appetite for Life', returns to where it all began on Maggie’s home ground in the Barossa Valley on Sunday 20 - Tuesday 22 August, 2017.
