Robe Community Day Seeking Community Input

District Council of Robe's Mayor Peter Riseley is seeking community comment regarding a Robe Community Day to be held by the council.

Mr Riseley said: "Potentially it could be held on National Volunteer Day and include a morning tea to recognise our community’s volunteers...this type of recognition has happened in the past and was well supported."

The Volunteer morning tea would be followed by a Community Forum, to allow the community an opportunity to partake in a Q & A with Elected Members and Senior Staff.

"The opportunity to canvas and discuss future directions could also be part of the format," Mayor Riseley said.
