Kev's Mighty Murray River Kayak Trek in Full Flow

Last time Flow FM caught up with Kev Cook, he was gearing up to paddle down the entire Murray River in his kayak to promote awareness of mental health issues in regional towns and farming communities.

Now in the thick of the campaign, Kev caught up with Anita on the Country Viewpoint for the latest update.

Anita began by asking how the Mighty Murray River Kayak Trek is going so far.

You can follow Kev's journey on his Facebook page, or donate online at Aussies helping Aussies.

Update September 26: Kev is now about halfway through his paddle and spoke to Flow FM for all the latest news.

Update October 19: Kev is nearing the finish line of his journey, with a little under two weeks to go - he caught up with Anita on the Country Viewpoint to share how his trek is going.

Flow FM will continue to check in with Kev during his paddle.

UPDATE November 2: Now on the final day of his Mighty Murray River Kayak Trek, Kev caught up with Anita from Clayton Bay, about to reach the Murray Mouth in Goolwa.
