Patche People Prepare to Party

The quiet Victorian town of Patchewollock is coming alive this weekend for its annual music festival.

The Patchewollock Music Festival will run from Friday October 20 until Sunday October 22, and will feature artists such as Mick Thomas and the Roving Commission, Genevieve Chadwick, The Hillbilly Goats and many more. The festival is free entry event and will feature the infamous sheep races, kids entertainment, plenty of bush tucker and a new addition to this year; a music memorabilia walk through Christies Lane.

In the lead up to the weekend Sarah spoke to festival President, Wally.

Clayton caught up with Mick Thomas during the week, who will be performing alongside The Roving Commission.

And Sarah also spoke to Pete Denahy about his music, and what he enjoys most about the festival.

There are plenty of camping options available for those who are looking to stay for the entire event, and even a Blackboard Stage available if you would like to sign yourself or a mate up to perform over the weekend.
