Workplace Death at Cocata

Police will be preparing a report for the Coroner following a workplace death on the Eyre Peninsula today.

Police and emergency services attended Cocata, west of Kyancutta, just before 11am on Thursday 30 November after reports a silo had collapsed.

Sadly, a 47-year-old man from the Eyre Peninsula died at the scene.

Safework SA are attending the site and will be conducting an investigation.
