Shots Fired at Roseworthy


Police are investigating an incident at Roseworthy today where shots were fired into a shed.


Just after 8am on Thursday 21 December police were called to a home on Rose Drive after three men attended and fired shots into a shed on the property.

The occupant came out of the house upon hearing the gunshots and was confronted by three armed men.

They demanded cash and attempted to steal a car from the address but ended up colliding with part of the carport.

The three men then left in a waiting white Ford Territory with an undisclosed sum of money.

The Ford Territory was last seen heading south into Gawler along the Horrocks Highway from Gartrell Street.

There was also a woman present in the car.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

The car is described as a 2005-2008 white Ford Territory SUV with alloy wheels.

The three men are all described as being of Caucasian appearance.

One man is aged in his late teens to early twenties, skinny build wearing a long sleeved fluoro yellow top and beige/cream coloured shorts.

The second man is aged in his mid-twenties, about 183cm tall and wearing a long sleeve hooded top with a tribal pattern on the back.

The third man had a medium build and was wearing dark clothing.

It is early on in the investigation however the incident does not appear to be random.
