Fatal House Fire at Buchfelde

A woman has died in a house fire at Buchfelde overnight.

Police and emergency services were called to the Two Wells Road, Buchfelde property just before 12.30am on Saturday 23 December and found the house well alight.

The fire was extinguished by MFS crews, who discovered the body of the 84-year-old woman inside.

The cause of the fire in not believed to be suspicious and police will be preparing a report for the Coroner.
