Drink Drivers at Ceduna

Ceduna Police detected two drink drivers this weekend who recorded almost identical blood alcohols.

At 11.45pm on Friday 22 December, police pulled over a vehicle on Eyre Highway, Ceduna.

The driver, a 27-year-old Port Augusta woman, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.093.

Just after 1am on Saturday 23 December, police stopped a car on Murat Terrace, Ceduna for a mobile driver test.

The driver, a 23-year-old Thevenard man, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.092.

His vehicle was impounded for 28 days.

Both drivers were reported for drink driving and issued with a six month loss of licence.
