Double Fatal at Marysville

Police were on scene yesterday after two motorcycles collided in Marysville on Wednesday morning.

It is believed two motorcycles collided head-on, on Marysville-Woods Point Road about 11am.

The two male riders, yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.

The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated.

Lanes travelling in both directions were closed on Marysville-Woods Point Road between Merchison Street and Cumberland Junction while Police attended the scene.
