Man Arrested Over Stabbing in Coober Pedy
A man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing another man at Coober Pedy.
Just before 1am on Sunday 31 December police were flagged down by a member of the public.
Police found a man seated in the passenger seat of a car with stab wound to his chest.
While treating the man, a 37-year-old man from Ceduna approached police in possession of a meat cleaver.

The man was challenged by police and arrested.
He has since been charged with aggravated assault causing harm, resisting arrest and breach of intervention order.
He was refused bail to appear in court on Tuesday 2 January.
Both men were treated at the Coober Pedy hospital but have since been discharged.
