Australia's Next Big Country Stars in the Making
Ten of Australia's top emerging country artists have been shortlisted for becoming the 39th Toyota Star Maker, in an winner-takes-all, free music event at Toyota Park on Sunday January 21, in Tamworth NSW, Australia's Country Music Capital.
Two finalists from Flow FM regions have been listed and they both caught up with Clayton on the Arvo Flow to talk more about the event and their music careers.
Jake Sinclair - Springhurst, VIC

Starting his passion for music at 6 years old, performing eight years later at his first talent quest.
A graduate of Tamworth Camerata 2005, the predecessor to the Junior CMAA Country Music Academy and backing for artists such at Travis Collins, Jayne Denim, Luke Austen and Travis Sinclair. Raised on a mix of traditional and modern country music, with influences of George Straight, Merle Haggard and Slim Dusty.
With the release of his debut EP, The Vibetone Sessions, produced by Benji Pocock.

Tanya Cornish - Tintinara, SA

School teacher by week, country music star by weekend, 24 year old Tanya Cornish is making her self known.
Performing on Bill Chambers' shows the The Pub as well as other artist such as The Bushwackers, Kevin Bennett, and Aleyce Simmonds.
Winner of the 2015 Trans-Tasman Entertainer of The Year on Norfolk Island.
Tanya is a graduate of the 2016 CMAA Academy of Country Music and has recently released her debut EP, which she talked about on the Arvo Flow with Clayton.
