Ride for Jase Raising Mental Health Awareness

18,000km by pushbike in 6 months is no easy feat - but an important journey that rider, Ben, has embarked upon in honour of his brother Jase, who was lost to suicide in 2015.

Called the 'Ride for Jase', Ben's efforts are also raising awareness of mental health across Australia, while raising money for the Black Dog Institute.

While on the road, stopping through Flow region 107.3fm Kingston, Ben joined Anita on the Country Viewpoint for the full story.

To show your support for Ben and his Ride for Jase, you can give a friendly wave or stop for a chat if you come across him on the road, or support the journey financially at rideforjase.org.

If you need to reach out, you can call Lifeline anytime on 13 11 14.
