Two Men Arrested at Mannum

A man and a woman have faced court after being caught in a stolen car at Mannum.

The car was stopped about 4.30pm, Sunday 5 February, checks revealed the car had allegedly been stolen in Victoria it was bearing unassigned plates.

The 40-year-old woman and 42 year-old man both of no fixed address also gave false details to police.

They were charged with two counts of unlawful possession, two counts of theft, stating false name and the man was also charged with driving with no licence.

They were both refused bail and appeared in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court on Monday 5 February.
