Time to Nominate a Local Senior for Achievement Awards
Calling on local residents to nominate local seniors, who make a positive impact in the community, for a 2018 NSW Seniors Festival Local Achievement Award.

Member for Albury, Greg Aplin said the awards are a wonderful way to showcase the talents and contributions of seniors living in our community, as part of the special 60th Anniversary celebrations of the popular NSW Seniors Festival.
“Our seniors make a real difference to local families, recreational groups, businesses and organisations, and we want to celebrate them,” Mr Aplin said.
“I am sure everyone knows an older person who deserves to be recognised, so I encourage you to nominate them and show them how much they are appreciated for all they do.”
Nominations for the 2018 NSW Seniors Festival Local Achievement Awards are open from Monday, February 12 until April 3 2018 with recipients to be announced as part of Seniors Week activities.
