Driver Fined for Speeding at Bordertown
An overseas driver was detected driving at more than 60 km/h over the speed limit at Bordertown yesterday.

A Limestone Coast Highway patrol detected the vehicle doing 145 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on the Dukes Highway, Bordertown just before 3pm on Monday 12 February.
The same vehicle had also overtaken a B double truck on double white lines on the Dukes Highway at Brimbago a short time earlier.
The 28-year-old man from the United Kingdom was issued with a six month instant loss of licence, a $1074 speeding fine and a $438 fine for overtaking.
