EP Drink Driver Blows 0.157

A drink driver was detected with the help of the public at Ceduna overnight.

Police received information from the public about a person driving under the influence and located the vehicle on Thevenard Road, Thevenard about 1.30am on Friday 16 February.

The driver, a 29-year-old Yatala woman, was pulled over for a mobile driver test and recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.157.

She was reported for drink driving and driving with an expired licence.

She was issued with 12 month instant loss of licence and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
