Graffiti and Thefts in Waikerie


Waikerie Police are investigating the following recent reports of graffiti and theft and ask anyone with information to come forward.


Sometime between 16 and 19 February, the Memorial Gardens public toilets on Lawrie Terrace, Waikerie were tagged with graffiti with blue and black spray paint and permanent markers.

Sometime between 17 and 19 February, car parts were stolen from a block on the Sturt Highway near Waikerie.

A vehicle radiator from a Commer truck, a chrome metal Chevrolet bonnet badge from a 1948 vehicle and a yellow Weed Eater blower vac were all stolen from the site.

Sometime between 6pm on 19 February and 7.45am on 20 February, a storage shed at the Waikerie Primary School was broken into and two whiteboards and two Acer data/video projectors (to suit the whiteboards) were stolen.
