Man Arrested for Providing False Details

A man was arrested after providing false information to police during a traffic stop.

Police pulled over the man on Burdett Road, Ponde about 12.45pm on Saturday 24 February for a mobile driver test.

Police checks revealed the details he provided were false and he was driving disqualified.

The 37-year-old Murray Bridge man was arrested and bailed to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court on 27 March.

His vehicle was also defected.
