Fines for Lighting Fires at Murray Bridge

Police have issued a reminder to all Murray Bridge and district residents the Fire Danger Season still runs to mid-April, after two residents were issued fines last night for lighting fires.

A 46-year-old man and a 37-year-woman were issued $375 fines for having fires in their yards between 9.15pm and 10pm on Tuesday 28 February.

Police wish continue to enforce the fire danger season laws for the Murraylands Fire Ban District until the end of the season on 15 April 2018.
