Mallee Boy Art Giving Scrap a Second Life

Trent Stewart is a local Mallee farmer with a creative flair - sharing his talents with the world by sculpting a wide range of artwork from scrap metal, under the name 'Mallee Boy Art'.

Based in Jabuk in SA's South East, Trent's work encompasses everyday life - from animals, to inanimate objects and even people in action.

He joined Anita on today's Country Viewpoint to share the story of Mallee Boy Art, and talk about what's in store for the future.

Pictured above is Trent with his favourite piece, the Shearer, which won the Loxton art show and People's Choice Award.
