Fatal Crash in the Riverland
Investigators from Major Crash were at the scene of a fatal crash at Waikerie over the weekend.

Just after 11.30am on Sunday 4 March, police and emergency services were called to the Sturt Highway about 2km east of the township after a Mitsubishi SUV and a Ford utility crashed.
The driver and sole occupant of the Mitsubishi, a 67-year-old woman from Mount Gambier sadly died at the scene.
The driver and sole occupant of the Ford, a 51-year-old man from Loveday, was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a serious condition.
If anyone witnessed the crash or saw either vehicle on the Sturt Highway prior to the collision, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
The death takes the State's road toll to 11 as compared to 12 for this time last year.
