Ginny a Finalist for the 2018 AgriFutures Rural Women's Award


The AgriFutures Rural Women's Award is Australia's leading Award in acknowledging and supporting the essential role women play in rural industries, businesses and communities.


Celebrating and inspiring the next generation of female leaders across Australia the 2018 Victorian AgriFutures Rural Women's Award finalists have been announced.

Ginny Stevens from Flow's 88.7 region of Mangoplah NSW, has developed a program called Active Farmers, to help bring together farmers and rural communities to help improve the physical and mental health of participants to help build community resilience.

Sarah caught up with Ginny on the Regional Roundup to talk more about Active Farmers, the awards and her plans for the future.
