The motorist, a 31-year-old woman who lives in the area, was first stopped by police on the Sturt Highway at Annadale on Saturday April 7.
She returned a positive reading for methylampehatamine, the same drug she again tested positive for when stopped about 9pm last night on the Sturt Highway at Barmera.
She was issued with a 24-hour direction notice not to drive and is expected to face further consequences upon completion of forensic testing.
