Suicide Prevention a Priority for New SA Government

A new Suicide Prevention Council is being established in South Australia, under the leadership of MLC John Dawkins, who has years of experience in working in the area.

The new Council will work to connect with already existing Suicide Prevention Networks, particularly those in regional areas, as well as help to create new networks in regions of the state where they may be required.

John spoke to Flow FM to discuss the new Council, how it will work on a local level, and how people living in regional areas right across Australia can seek support with suicide prevention.
