Conan currently runs the Andamooka Observatory Bookshop as a way of raising money for the project, and joined Flow FM on today's Country Viewpoint to share the story.

A Go Fund Me campaign has also been set up for the Andamooka Observatory, visit au.gofundme.com/outbackstardeck to show your support.

To find out more about the project, visit andamookaobservatory.com.au or their Facebook page.
