Assault Arrest in Peterborough
A teenager has been arrested after an assault in Peterborough today.
Police will allege that about 12.40pm on Thursday, 28 June a 16-year-old Peterborough boy assaulted another boy at school.
He was suspended from the school and left the premises. The victim was not injured.
He later returned to the area, and was seen at the boundary of the school holding a knife.
Police later located the boy nearby where he was arrested.
He was charged with assault and carrying a knife in a public place, and was bailed to appear in the Peterborough Youth Court on 10 October.
