Federal Funding for Local Councils

Local councils across the nation will have more funding to put toward their priority projects with the Federal Government opting to give councils an early instalment of their Financial Assistance Grants.

The nine councils in the Electorate of Mallee will share in more than $27 million according to Federal Member for Mallee, Andrew Broad, who said "it couldn’t come at a better time with plenty of exciting projects being discussed across the Wimmera, Mallee and Mildura regions."
