Mapping Victoria's Gas Resources

The Victorian Gas Program is a 3-year research project into onshore conventional gas, offshore gas and underground gas storage within the state.

Currently a year or so into studies, the team behind the project are mapping a 3D model of the Otway Basin - the region believed to be home to the state's best gas supplies.

Victoria's Lead Scientist Amanda Caples is at the forefront of the program, and joined Flow FM's Country Viewpoint to share the research progress so far.
