Watch Your Mouth this Dental Health Week

This Dental Health Week the Australian Dental Association is encouraging people to watch their mouths to educate Aussies about the importance of maintaining good oral health.

Daily tasks like brushing twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, cleaning in between teeth with floss or an interdental brush and eating a healthy balanced diet can all help in keeping clean.
