Tailem Bend Revs Up for SuperSprint

Flow region 97.7fm Tailem Bend is preparing to start its engines this weekend when the OTR SuperSprint comes to town at the state of the art Bend Motorsport Park.

As the Bend's inaugural Supercars event, locals and visitors alike are gearing up for an exhilarating experience around the 4.95km circuit.

Coorong District Council Mayor Neville Jaensch recently spoke to Flow FM about the 2018 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship.

"We invite everybody to become a local," he said of the event being run in the regional town from August 24-26.

"Come to the event, come see Tailem Bend Motorsport Park and stay and have a bit of a look around our district," he added.

For more information on the event, visit thebend.com.au or check out the state of the art facilities for yourself in the video below, or in person this weekend.
