Moonta Man's Car Impounded After Burn-Out
A man will face court after he allegedly conducted a burn-out in front of police this week in Moonta.
About 11am Tuesday 11 September a police patrol was parked on Ellen Street when it will be alleged a man driving a Holden sedan allegedly stopped in the middle of the street and conducted a sustained wheel spin before driving off.
Police followed the car and stopped it a short distance away to speak to the driver.
The driver and sole occupant a 44-year-old Moonta man was reported for misuse of motor vehicle.
His car was impounded for 28 days and he will be summonsed to court at a later date.
