HALT Helping Local Tradies
Hope Assistance for Local Tradies (HALT) is a charity supporting people in trades, their friends and families, in talking about mental health.
They aim to connect the Tradie community with local and national mental health organisations across Australia, allowing people to open up and talk about what's really going on.
Jeremy Forbes is the founder of HALT and joined Clayton on World Mental Health Day to share his story.
For more stories like this, join Clayton on the Arvo Flow, weekdays from 4pm on Flow FM.
If you or anyone you know needs support, Lifeline are always available on 13 11 14.
