Cannabis Seized at Murray Bridge

A man has been reported for drug offences after cannabis plants were found at his Murray Bridge home yesterday.

At 1pm on Sunday 21 October, police attended a house in Murray Bridge regarding a drug search.

Officers allegedly found two cannabis plants being grown hydroponically in a shed and a further three plants being grown in the rear yard.

Police also seized equipment and a small amount of dried cannabis. Police will also allege that the electricity meter had been interfered with.

A 32-year-old man from Murray Bridge was reported for cultivating cannabis, possessing prescribed equipment and interfering with an electricity meter.

He will be summonsed to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court at a later date.
