Police Presence Lacking on EP?

The distribution of police across our regional areas is an ongoing issue for smaller towns in particular, who seem to be losing their consistent police presence due to a decline in resources, population or both.

In March of this year, Member for Flinders, Peter Treloar, put out a media release expressing his concerns on the lack of police presence on the Eyre Peninsula, particularly around smaller towns such as Minnipa.

The statement reads:

Mr Treloar joined Flow FM's Country Viewpoint program to discuss the latest on the situation.
