Over Four Times the Legal Limit in Ceduna
A West Coast man has lost his licence and car after being caught over four times the limit this afternoon.
Just before 1pm Saturday 17 November Ceduna police stopped a car travelling on Murat Terrace at Ceduna to breath test the driver.
The driver a 41-year-old local man allegedly returned a positive result of 0.215.
Further checks revealed the man was also disqualified from driving.
He was reported for driving disqualified and drink driving and issued an instant loss of licence for 12 months.
His car was impounded for 28 days.
He will appear at the Ceduna Magistrates Court at a later date.
