Live Sheep Export Summer Moratorium


Live sheep exports from Australia to the Middle East have been the topic of much discussion this year, following a call to ban them all together, and a subsequent review into our national standards.


Just yesterday it was announced Australian live sheep exporters will impose a 3-month moratorium on shipping sheep to the Middle East, during the Northern Hemisphere's summer of 2019.
